Staub Cast Iron 0.25-qt Mini Saucepan - Matte Black

I love this pot. The natural cast iron properties heat evenly and hold t for a lonemperatureg time. The enamel coating means no seasoning and its so easy to clean. The matte texture give great browning and easy release. The spikes on the underside of the lid help keep my sauces from drying out, redistributing moisture as it condenses.

A nice little sauce pot. perfect for keeping BBQ sauce or other cooking sauces safe on the grill or stovetop. The Cast iron will heat and keep the temperature longer than stainless steel and will no react with acidic foods.

Anything you can do in your mini stainless saucepan cast iron can do better! Cast iron has a superior heat distribution to any other cookware. Staub cast iron does not need to be seasoned and the matte black interior cleans up so easily .

If you do not have a fondue pot, this is an excellent substitute. It’s great for melting cheese, chocolate, caramel and butter. This is the mini I use for lobster and crab cocktail.
