I really like this slicer. The blade is very strong and sharp. It stays sharp for a long time and is easy to maintain. The handle is very comfortable to hold. The slim blade profile gives me thin straight slices every time.

This lightweight 8" carving knife does a great job on cutting through and slicing meats like roasts, prime rib, turkey and chicken dinners and hams, too. The sleek, silvery-grey handle is a lovely touch and comes with an endcap for a nice finish. The handle is also smooth and curved for a good grip and comfort while cutting.

The Modernist series of knives is a nice way to get a forged knife made from high quality stainless steel at a value price. The full stainless steel design is contemporary and easy to keep clean. The handle is textured via sandblasting in order to provide a nonslip, comfortable grip even when it gets wet. These knives are nice and sharp. The carving knife is designed with a long narrow blade to help give you those thin slices of roast. This knife is also perfect for cakes and pastries.

This carver is forged from German steel which makes the steel harder and improves edge retention, along with making it very durable. The hollow handle is light weight which really helps with ahnd faitgue when you're carving a large turkey. The brushed finished handle is quite beautiful but also a little more slip resistant than typical plastic handles. You may think you'll only use this knife for Thanksgiving, but I use it for roasts, ham and it also works great on large melons.

This knife collection is made in three pieces and welded together. It has a pretty and modern appearance, with some texture on the handle to help reduce slippage. It does have a nice balanced weight.

This is fabricated from high-quality German stainless steel, beautiful satin-finish. It is weighted, an excellent knife in sharpness. A reasonably well-made product, to last a lifetime. It is dishwasher safe, however I recommend hand washing keeping its edge sharp and in excellent conditon.

This knife was a perfect addition to our holiday dinner. We had a turkey and a prime rib roast so needed an extra carving knife. This seemed to blend into the table well. I was originally worried the handle wood be slippery but its a brushed steel so no slippage at all. Made from German steel so tough - glides through any kind of meat.
