I would actually not even give it 1 star. I used it once and had it rolled up on the side of our pool with a solar cover holder we bought. We went to winterize our pool and the solar cover was falling apart. Holes and chucks falling off. It wasnt in direct sun so im not sure what happened. Target said reach out to spreetail, the company it came from. They had no resolve for this issue. Awful product!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pool cover helped me tremendously within the past two weeks because I had visitors come down from Iowa who wanted to use the pool however, in Florida lately it’s been really cold at night so putting the cover on for a few days, helped the pool heat up and make it a little bit more manageable I will say though there is already a little hole in it so I’m not sure how sturdy it is!

Ordred this cover on May 31st 2023, it is now Aug 6 2023 and there are no bubbles left and the pool and filter are full of round blue plastic from the cover falling apart.

Needed an easier cover for our intex above ground pool- this keeps debris out and keeps the water warmer- it's significantly noticeable how much better the pool held it's temperature- overnight lows in MT can get to the 50's and make an above ground pool too cold. This cover held up well and didn't crack or peel (I followed the directions and did not keep out in the sun or allow chemicals to come in direct contact). It is in great condition and I anticipate it will last for next year too! I would buy it again.

The warranty process was not clear. After filling out an online claim and attaching my sales receipt, I found out I needed to send in the logo and ‘cutout' from the damaged product. This was not clearly explained in terms of… 1. What the logo was 2. What a cutout was 3. Where to send them 4. What to include (the claim number) After a number of phone calls to Intex, it all got explained and sorted out. Once that happened, the replacement product was received a few days later and worked as expected.
