Zwilling Madura
Zwilling Madura 10” is a really nice pan. Finish allows for non stick cooking. Love the weight. Smooth inside with no visible handle attachments (I found when you see bolts on the inside grease eventually leaks through). Will buy again when needed.

Great classic non-stick
I really like this traditional non-stick pan. Heats quickly and evenly. Thought about subtracting one star because the handles are not oven safe above 300 degrees, but I don’t use them in the oven so I really don’t care.

The multilayer DuraSlide granite nonstick coating is 40 times more durable than traditional coatings. We recommend not using a high heat setting as this can cause sticking. Madura Plus Cookware conducts heat very well at lower temperatures, so we recommend using low to medium heat than you would do with a traditional fry pan to ensure the best results, to overheat the pan will cause damage to the pan’s non-stick properties. Madura Plus Pans
I love the Madura Plus pans and have used them for about 3-4 years. This is a re-order. They cook very well, but the best part is the ease of cleaning. They are the easiest to clean pans I have ever used.

Takes forever to heat on induction cooktop.
The non-stick coating is great so far, but I bought this as one of the pans I needed for my new induction cooktop. I'm glad I only bought the small one, because it takes forever to heat up. I've learned to start it on the cooktop set on medium, then set the table, get the eggs out, crack them in a bowl if I'm scrambling the, put the bread in the toaster and then HOPE that the pan is hot when I pour the eggs in. Won't be buying any more of this style.

Pan does not hold up. Coating is disintegrating.
I have been using this pan regularly for two years and the inside is cracking, peeling and has become bumpy. I’m concerned the coating is getting into the food.

Pros: This pan has a great feel and looks nice plus comes with a lifetime warranty (& Made in Italy). Cons: But because of these chemicals, which can leach out even at normal high cooking tems, I decided to return. Disappointed.

Why do I Love my New Zwilling Madura Plus Fry Pan?
First, I need to mention that the food is more delicious as a result of using my ZWILLING Madura Plus 10-inch Nonstick Fry Pan. The Omeletts blow me away. Pan evenly holds the heat. Cleaning is a breeze because there are surface of the pan is smooth. No fasteners for the food to get stuck on. Craftmanship is excellent. The fact that it was made in Italy.. The next thing I will do is buy the next size up.

Returned this pan
I wonder how it is that you don't know I have returned this pan. It was too heavy for me. I am pretty strong but the handle was too thick to get a good grip and the ergonomics were just off.

These pans marked up almost immediately and Zwilling was very stubborn about a refund despite pictures sent, etc.
