The modernist collection of knives is a great choice if you are looking for a quality forged knife with a value price point. The full stainless steel construction is easy to keep clean and has a great contemporary appearance. The handle is sandblasted so it will still feel secure and nonslip even when wet. A boning knife is handy for trimming bones and fat from meat. The shorter blade is narrow and flexible with a pointed tip making it perfect to maneuver in tight places. This knife is corrosion resistant and very sharp.

Most cutlery block sets do not contain a boning knife, so it is one of those must-have knives you will need to add to your collection. Great for breaking down whole chickens, working with bone-in beef and lamb. Great value for a German steel knife and is sharp and durable!

Quality constructed boning knife is forged from German steel so it will have better edge retention than a stamped knife. The hollow brushed handle has a sleek design and is light weight, meaning less hand fatigue. Perfect for getting around chicken bones, but could easily double for a steak or utility knife.

This knife collection is made in three pieces and welded together. It has a pretty and modern appearance, with some texture on the handle to help reduce slippage. It does have a nice balanced weight.

Stylish and modern knife design, beautiful! This boning knife will certainly do the job. It is sharp, flexible, and durable to debone the meat and can also be a filleting knife depending on the needs. A fully forged bolster construction seamlessly transitions from blade to handle for durability and balance. Comfortable D- shaped stainless steel knife handle. It is dishwasher safe however I personally prefer handwashing my knives.

Nice modern boning knife
The aesthetic of the Modernist boning knife is really sleek and I love the all stainless steel design. This German stainless steel forged boning knife is really great to use for slicing meats, fish, or even peeling fruits like oranges or tomatoes. It has a nice weight to it and the handles contours nicely in hand for easy and safe gripping while slicing foods.

This little knife is flexible yet durable. Its made from high quality German Steel so no rusting or tarnishing. It can get into this crevices, between meant and a bone, and is so sharp can get through tendons, gristle easily.

Who would have thought that an all metal knife would be so responsive when boning a chicken? But this one is! If you bone chickens or clean fish (or if you just core tomatoes.) you gotta try this knife. It's soooo worth it! And if you're wondering, I never thought I would be a fan of an all metal knife. But like many things these days, I'm an old dog learning new tricks. This knife - this entire line - rocks! And it looks good too! These are fully forged knives - a sign of top quality. They are made with one of Zwilling's proprietary steels - so they won't stain, they will stay sharp. And they are designed for comfort with optimal sized grips for most people. They are also lighter than most knives. So if weight is an issue for you, you will like these knives. Extremely good value!
