Great knife brand for pro or amateur
I love this brand of knife. My wife bought these for us for Christmas; she knows that I used them when I was a meat cutter years ago. The thin blades and very high grade of material allow blade to maintain an edge throughout the day being steeled only, and stoned only in the morning.

Most favorite steak knives, cuts steak like butter
Incredible steak knife set. Cut any steak like it’s butter. We have had original set for years. Recent sale allowed me to purchase another set. Worth every penny. I hand wash mine and dry immediately. orig set has lasted for many years, looking forward to this new set lasting many years too.
