Carving knife that gets the job done
This knife is a quality item that completes my set of knives. I only needed a carving knife to add to my chef's knife, Santoku knife, bread knife, paring knife, and serrated utility knife to make sure I had everything I needed (the set I have also has a sharpening steel and steak knives). I love the look and function of these knives. I should be set for a long, long time.

great slicer
This is a very good slicer/carving knife. The forged steel blade is very strong and sharp. The thin profile makes straight accurate thin slices. The handle is very comfortable to hold as well. I am very happy with this knife and the price cant be beat.

You will slice those hams, roasts, turkeys and chickens beautifuly with a good carving knife. The handle is very comfortable and fits snuggly in the hand for great percision when carving. It is weighted nicely so there is a good balance which adds to the control. Great knife to add to your collections of kitchen knives.

Handsome carver
The Forged Premio is a handsome line of knives, forged from German steel and made to very exacting standards. The fine edge high quality stainless steel blades can take and hold an edge ensuring years and years of enjoyable use. Hone them regularly. The full tang blade runs through the integrated bolster and triple riveted handle for maximum stability and durability. Dishwasher safe, but I always hand wash my knives. I like them to look new and dishwashing detergents are very hard on knives.
