Believe the reviews! These are awful to put together. For the love of all things and our sanity, improve the darn direction!!!! I would pay a few dollars extra to have revised directions. The illustrations are small. It’s so easy to make a mistake. The hardware is not labeled on the bags. Nor are the wood panels labeled correctly. I assembled 2. I gave myself grace for the first one, but I still struggled to assemble the 2nd without having to fix or reassemble.

After careful construction with the help of my very skilled, woodworking mother, the drawer refuses to shut once the handle is attached and removal of the sticker on the top the nightstand, also removes the finish. I loved the look of this mid century modern nightstand but I will be taking both back for a refund.
