A: Thanks for your question. Yes, all 4 wheels on the Voyage Twin Doll Stroller roll. One set of wheels rolls straight forward and backward. The other set of wheels swivel so they can roll in any direction. The handle can be moved to either side of the stroller so the swivel wheels can be in either the front or back as you're pushing it.
