This version is designed to be thicker and requires more liquid per load than the Ultra version. We want you to know that we have strict quality controls and it’s unusual for a package to leave our plant with less than the proper amount of product in it. It Doesn't Add Up!
Taking it back. There is too great a difference in the volume of 1️⃣store bought vs 2️⃣shipped. Target gave a lame excuse for 1️⃣ vs 2️⃣. As the saying goes—"It just doesn't add up."

We understand it must upsetting to have difference in the volume of the liquid. We have strict quality controls and it’s unusual for a package to leave our plant with less than the proper amount of product in it. So, each of our detergent bottles contains at least the number of ounces stated on the pack, and our bottles are designed and filled to allow for proper pouring. The bottle may not appear to be full as space is left for product to help with pouring as without some “air space” at the top, pouring the liquid would be very messy, likely causing spilling over the pour spout. Where is the rest of my product?
I’m very disappointed, I ordered two of these, and the amount listed, weight wise is not nearly the amount that is actually the weight in the fabric softener bottles. I get the bottle would not get filled to the very top, but the amount of extra space, is really way too much! I have heard about how companies are giving less product to customers, and this is a complete example of this. I am adding pictures of how both of these bottles showed up to me. get out of here get out of here, and I am also adding pictures of the inside of the bottles so you can see I have not taken liquid out of the bottles, and unfortunately, you’re just gonna have to take my word for it. I don’t know whether it’d be mad at Downy, or target to be honest with you.
