Q: I have a standard queen size fold-into-shape metal bed frame, approximate 60 in width, with dedicated slots to screw in a head board. How far apart and how high up from the floor are the pilot holes for this head board?

Really Pretty

Love everything about this headboard with the exception of the side slots where the matching side rails are installed. We are just using the headboard and standard bed frame. Those slits stand out like a sore thumb to me. It had a very strong paint smell for about 2 days when originally opened.
