Stovetop
1. Empty refried beans into small saucepan.
2. Heat over LOW until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.

2. Microwave on HIGH 2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring halfway through.

    I do not recommend these. They are extremely dry and have a weird texture. Jalapeños are in the image on the can yet no jalapeños in the ingredients? Complete lack of flavor. I even added extra lard and lots of salt and it made it somewhat edible but still gross. Only good thing I can say is that they are cheap at $0.99.
