  • A: Hi - if you want dimmer functionality with this lamp design, just add a line cord tabletop dimmer to it. You plug the lamp into the dimmer cord, and then the dimmer cord plugs into a socket.     Missed the mark

    The base is not quite as pictured; there was little to no texture or variation. It was also a bit chipped on top. The shade came with a mark across the front and center as well so it had to go back. Perhaps you will receive something better?

    Caught on fire!

    Bought this a few years ago and have loved it but today it just caught on fire! I heard a pop and then saw smoke, the bulb and the electric socket assembly had burned. I quickly unplugged it. Very scary. I gave it two stars because it's been a good lamp up until now.
