Q: how to make this dimmable?

  • A: Hi - if you want dimmer functionality with this lamp design, just add a line cord tabletop dimmer to it. You plug the lamp into the dimmer cord, and then the dimmer cord plugs into a socket. On the cord is a dimmer switch which allows you to set the light level to whatever level you would like. Hope this helps, thanks for the question!

    Missed the mark

    The base is not quite as pictured; there was little to no texture or variation. It was also a bit chipped on top. The shade came with a mark across the front and center as well so it had to go back. Perhaps you will receive something better?

    Caught on fire!

    Bought this a few years ago and have loved it but today it just caught on fire! I heard a pop and then saw smoke, the bulb and the electric socket assembly had burned. I quickly unplugged it. Very scary. I gave it two stars because it's been a good lamp up until now.
