Frames are solid and attractive (BTW it takes two people to put chairs together) but plastic straps supporting seat cushions s-t-r-e-t-c-h and sag with heat and weight of person sitting in chairs. Seat cushion foam, which is not dense to begin with, is even less supportive when seat straps sag. A different strap material would have fixed this issue. I’ve spent $250 and yet need to weave something through these straps to make them support adult weight.

The belt under the cushion got loose in less than 3 months. There are no replacement parts either the whole set has now gone to waste

Easy to put together, is sturdy and looks nice, but not very comfortable. The seat isn’t that deep and it’s very upright, but that’s mostly due to the back cushion being too puffy.

My husband is pretty handy and fixed some of the wobbly issues but he was unable to fix some of it so one of the chairs still wobbles a bit. Also the box was absolutely destroyed, I am surprised all the pieces arrived.

The back pillows ruin this set. They are overstuffed which makes the chair about half the depth. The backs are not comfortable without a cushion though. Probably going to return it.

First, the pieces came damaged and the box was a mess. However, the company immediately started the process to get me new pieces, I am trusting that they are coming as the communication has been amazing. This is not an expensive set so don't expect it to be. However, it looks nice, the chairs are really comfortable and I feel like it looks nicer than the price you paid for it. They are really ligth but I think they will hold up pretty well. They look cute on my back porch. Overall, I am happy with what I got.

It's a beautiful set for my patio! Three stars due to rust forming, even though it states it will not rust.

Product actually delivered a few days before it was supposed to, and we were not home. Box arrived damaged on the bottom, and the whole thing looked like it was retaped, like it was a rerun item. Pieces all came out of the box protected with foam wrap. However, there were a few dings and scrapes that we decided to live with. Assembly wasn’t too hard, it does take two people. Don’t tighten anything until it’s fully assembled, as the whole thing may be a bit out of square and require some tweaking. Welds and painted on worn edges are a little sloppy. One cushion was not as square as it should be. But chairs/cushions are pretty comfortable, and the set looks really good from a short distance.

I like this set and hope it holds up. The seat is supported only by plastic straps that I suspect will stretch out. I already have to fix the cushions everytime anyone sits bc the cushion falls between the straps and looks sloppy unless fixed. I'm going to see if I can reinforce it somehow.

Easy to put together. Love the modern look of this set

We bought this set for my parents’ home in Arizona. The cushions are very comfortable. We like how sturdy the chairs are, but at the same time they are lightweight enough for my 80-yr-old parents to move them. The set was very easy to put together.
