You can screw it directly into a surface and it’s solar powered so you don’t have to worry about changing batteries! Looks cute but could be a little brighter.

Situated on a small, angular wall within our courtyard, the doorbell lacked adequate illumination, relying solely on ambient light from sources like the overhead fixture for the front door and underwater lighting from a fountain, neither of which provided suitable coverage due to their manual control and positioning. Initially considering only traditional electric lighting options, I realized the impracticality of wiring installation and the need for an extra circuit breaker due to the location’s constraints. However, the realization that a solar-powered solution mounted higher up had escaped me until now. Installing the light was a breeze—simply mount the bracket and hang. The solar-powered feature ensures self-sustaining illumination for up to 12 hours per charge, alleviating the need for extensive wiring or frequent maintenance. Moreover, its automatic dusk activation removes the hassle of manual timers or adjustments for daylight savings time. The light offers two distinct settings, providing either a cozy, lantern-like warmth or a crisp, bright white akin to an LED bulb. Despite its modern design, it seamlessly blends into its surroundings, with the focus drawn solely to the dual light sources emanating from the top and bottom. Measuring at 3.54 x 3.66 x 9.25 inches, it delivers ample brightness for its intended purpose without overwhelming the space. Impressed by its performance, I’ve already ordered two more units to test on other doors detached from the main house. I thought I was going to get two and I chose completely different looking pair of lights. I was sent just one rectangle solar wall light but it is pretty cool. I am thankful for the one I was sent. It is a solar dual direction wall light with a amber or white light feature. You can switch between the colors by a little push button. It's easy to install anywhere you need to add some light. You don't just have to hang it on a wall. But you DO NEED it to be somewhere natural light can get to it so it can charge the solar panel. You can have it vertically or horizontal I think that's a cool feature to have on them too. If you are looking for solar lights I highly recommend you take a look at Techko Kobot Inc. They have so many different lights to choose from.

The first thing is that the item I received was not the item pictured. I should have known something was not correct because the description was for a bilateral wall light and pictured was a set of 2 solar tiki lamps. I have attached pictures of both items with this review. I was very excited to receive the tiki lamps, so it was a huge letdown when this light arrived. This light came as a single fixture and definitely needs more than one to provide ample light to accent any area I put it. As an outdoor porch light or entryway light it is very dim. I would need to place one on each side of my door to provide enough light. This light could be used as an accent along my deck railing, but again you would need several to provide any sort of pathway lighting.

Second, while this was not the item I expected, it was gratefully received and I have really enjoyed it. I particularly appreciate the versatility and convenience of not having to plug it in and will always opt for solar energy. The Techno Solar Wall Light can literally be used anywhere and stays lit for over 12 hours in just one charge. It would be great, not only being used on the exterior of a home, but can be used while camping, in the car or even as a flashlight if you like. It is light weight and charging can be charged either from the top or bottom allowing for a variety of hanging options. It also has two different lighting options. The Techno Solar Wall Light can be purchased directly from Techno or Amazon for a very affordable price.

I really like this little multi-directional solar powered light. It has a very sleek clean expensive look to it while providing excellent light. It charges up quickly and last a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This medium sized solar power yard/porch light really and seriously brightens up the way. Two settings of bright or dim/soft is a plus but even the dim setting is pretty bright and much appreciated. The light lasts from what I can tell 8 hours. Measures approximately 10" long by 4" in thickness. Easy hanging to pole or house. Somewhat a space age looking design. Lights front and back completing an entire walkway and lighting your path. I'm pretty satisfied with it and will be looking for another for my back yard.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all the product I received is not even close to the product in the photo. This is not a lamp that I would ever hang in my house. It is a plastic solar light that could probably be used for camping but definitely isn't aesthetically pleasing to use as home decor. I gave 2 stars for the fact it is solar powered and it does have two different lighting settings, one warm light and one cooler natural looking light, that can be changed with the press of the single button, but other than that this product is mediocre at best. As you can see by the product photo and the photo of the product I received they are not the same item whatsoever.

I am ordering more of these lights to put on the side of my building as well as to the garage and the storage building. Beautiful light gives enough lightening for night time without being way too bright. It looks so classy and chic so it completes the outdoor decoration

It doesn’t put off a ton of illumination, but is handy to use on our unlit back porch. It can be freestanding or also comes with hardware for permanent installation. I don’t know that I would repurchase this, as it’s not super attractive or decorative, and the light it emits is rather dull. I was glad to give it a try!

If it got access to direct sunlight during the day, the light works. This made of plastic, not metal so it is lightweight so they could blow around the strong wind

They came with a little sticky thing that you set down and it shows you exactly where to put the screws, so you didn't need to worry about spacing it just right. I am a little disappointed in the brightness but they still work perfect for our back door that has no lighting at all. They seem to stay on for a very good amount of time as well. when I get home from work at 4 in the morning they are still lit up just the same as when it gets dark. I love that they can be turned either way and light comes out of the top and the bottom. having these lights makes me even more excited to get our back deck startes and finished.

They were easy to install - my husband installed them on the side of our house in no time at all. The directions were extremely easy to follow. We chose to hang them vertically, but I like that they can be installed either way. I also like that they come in a pair as opposed to individually. They look great and they really work. When it starts to get dark they automatically turn on and light up the side of our house. It makes such a difference! Now when we entertain at night in our backyard, people can actually see where they're walking. The only negative I can say is that the top of one of the lights came cracked, but it's not at all noticeable and doesn't affect the light itself.

The stylish lights are charged during the day via the sun and come on automatically at night. The solar wall lights can be placed on any wall, no batteries or wiring is required. This stays charged all night. This is also waterproof, so you can use this all year round. These lights have 6-8 hour night illumination. It has a special feature also, that is extra motion sensor. When motion is detected the bright light at the base of the light activates. The bright light projects downwards and turns off after 30 seconds if no more motion is detected. They look very nice after I installed it.
