The bThe bed is cute once assembled but cheap particle board material. Also it is assembled with wooden dowels in place of screws in some places I guess to save money. This is for our 8 year old daughter I hope it lasts a year. It's a pain in the butt to put together .

I was pretty impressed with the quality, it was actually better than expected. They came in perfect condition. If my neighbor wasn't a handyman, it probably would have took us all day to put together but it only took him 45mins each. The only thing I was upset about was that the beds had a yellow tint to them , but honestly once I decorated their room it wasn't noticeable

This bed is for my 5-year old daughter. The product arrived on time (which is always a huge plus!). However, two of the main panels of the bed were broken. :-( The material is made of particle board which is a low grade wood product. Hmmm. Fortunately, my husband is quite resourceful and handy so he was able to mend the broken pieces and assemble the bed before our daughter arrived home from school. Once assembled, the bed looked adorable. No, it's not a $1,500 day bed but it is absolutely cute and the drawers open and close smoothly. (I plan to change out the nobs for something a bit more ornate which will really jazz it up.) I contacted the manufacturer about replacing the two broken boards which my husband will change out later. The customer service was stellar which is very important. Though not sure how or why the pieces were broken, ordering online always carries a risk no matter what the item. All in all, this bed is a fantastic value (which is what I always look for) and we are absolutely thrilled with it. Highly recommend!
