Very versatile design style. Runs very smooth and the remote allows you to dim the light. Looks expensive and very attractive hung from the bedroom ceiling which has a slight slope but install was a breeze! Good value for the cost . Would recommend!

I am a retired master electrician. I have assembled and installed more ceiling fans than I can count. This fan BY FAR is the most poorly engineered product I have ever encountered. Clearly whomever designed this had no idea how best to furnish a product that incorporated a logical assembly and installation process. The price is what attracted me. But in retrospect I wish that I had purchased a fan from a more reputable manufacturer. I would never again purchase a product from this manufacturer. Terrible!!!!!

This Dyno Minka fan was easy to install, lower profile with LED lighting. Minka fan motors continue to hum even using their electronics. They should us motors built in the US which match our electric grid, it may make the motor less noisy.

the fan is beautiful! I had been looking for a fan to use on my steep sloped ceiling and this one with the adaptor fit the bill. Unfortunately it took the electrician several hours to put it up. The adaptor didn't fit the regular size electric box in the ceiling, so that had to be replaced with a bigger box. The electrician said that he had never had that happen before. I do not see a switch to reverse the blade direction on the fan or on the remote control.

The fan is very quiet and does well on the different settings. My only compliant is that the light only generates a narrow beam of light in the middle of the room. It is very bright, but more of a spot light than a general light. The corners of the room are dark.

I bought this fan for a bedroom and it looks great, works smoothly and quietly and the price fit my current budget. The reverse switch is on the fan housing but I wish it had a switch on the remote. I know Minka's fans that are priced above this one have that feature. Luckily the fan is easily reachable with a small step ladder. Definitely recommend.

Outstanding fan. Light is great and the fan does not make any noise.

I have purchased and installed 7 of these exact fans without issue, until now. Something is defective with this recent fan purchased as the remote control will not adjust the fan speed.
