For best results, shampoo, rinse, condition, rinse, then spray generously through damp or dry hair from root to tip. Don't rinse it out, and style as usual. Since you have fine but thick hair, you can adjust the amount used to find what works best for your hair. For an extra boost of nourishment, we recommend pairing it with Pantene Miracle Rescue Deep Conditioner.

I’m used to using more high in products, but I would say this compares to those products and can even outperform some of them.
