I really was looking forward to getting this water bottle. I have plenty of Stanley’s. I wanted a bottle without the handle and I was excited about the sip straw or just pouring if you’re real thirsty. Unfortunately, I’m extremely disappointed because the straw constantly comes loose. I have to open it and reattach the straw several times. My Stanley straws don’t detach from the lid. Truly disappointed!!!

I got this in Read My Lips and was super excited because it seems like a bright fluorescent pink online, but it’s a pearly magenta irl. It comes off muted and almost… matronly somehow, rather than the fun, bold pop of color I was expecting. I recognize this is a bizarre review, but I oddly feel bamboozled by a cup. I was pretty pumped on this water bottle. I really liked the way it looks the texture the colors, the straw plus zip cup lid although the straw does not work the way it should and it falls out all the time and the actual canteen is very slippery so I will begin looking for a different water canteen.

I am disappointed that the colour is not as pictured. The photo looks like a bluish hue, it is grey, black and white in reality. Other than that it seems like a nice bottle although it’s too bad it’s not dishwasher safe.

Disappointing
The bottle came with scratches. I put in a return but Target wants me to mail it back. This is so inconvenient. We have a damaged product and returning it is a BIG hassle! There should send us a new one for free. It was my son’s saved money and it’s so disappointing. I Hoping that target will make this right by sending me a new replacement and not asking us to return the previous one, very inconvenient.

Doesnt hold up at all
Bought for my son for school, literally a week and half into school he dropped it on the bus accidentally and it broke! I would think a $30 water bottle would be able to handle a small fall and not break. The lid busted and cracked right away. Also someone stole our straw inside the bottle and didn't realize until later as well when we got ready to use for school. So check for the straw inside before buying. Was a waste of $30 that's forsure!!

I really like the bottle overall, but unfortunately the internal straw doesn’t stay securely in place and keeps falling off. It’s quite frustrating and makes the bottle difficult to use. I expected better from Owala.
