I read the reviews online of multiple people receiving damaged containers, but you can only find the 120qt size online so I took a chance. I didn’t even finish opening the box. I can hear pieces rattling around, and the box was already ripped so I could see at least one was shattered. Going straight back to Target.

I ordered the 4 pack of 80qt tubs. It was delivered VERY quickly - the day after I placed the order. HOWEVER, 2 out of the 4 arrived broken inside the box. The lids were ok but the tubs at the top and bottom of the stack inside the box were cracked, and 1 of the 2 tubs had a gaping hole in a corner. Returning them asap and not ordering them again, no matter how good of a deal it was. I don’t know if it broke in the warehouse, in transit, or upon delivery at my house but this box was NOT handled with care.

Damaged Items
My first order came in two boxes (4 and 4). Opened the first box, everything’s fine. Open the second box and 3 lids are damaged. I called target to request replacement lids and they stated because this is a target plus item, it has to be returned and then reordered. So I returned to the store who said they would damage out all of the bins even though there were 6 perfectly fine bins. I reordered. The second order, same thing happened. One box was fine. The second box had two damaged bins. Again, called target and nothing can be done except returning the items. I retuned the bins to the store and I did not reorder. It’ll be a constant cycle and now there are perfectly good bins damaged out because there is no way to request replacement items. It’s a waste of product.

A good product but came broken
I love these products, but one of the lids came shattered in the corner. There was no availability for item replacement, and if you wanted a refund you would have to return the entire items. I had 8 perfectly fine bins and 7 perfectly fine lids, but to be able to get 1 good lid I'd need to return all of them and repurchase 8 more. With a very inconvenient method of replacement, and the risk of them being damaged during shipping again, I just ended up keeping them all. Not sure if I will re order from here if I need more...

What's the point of buying a multipack if it only comes with one lid???? This is the second time I've ordered this item- the first time I thought a mistake had been made, so I shipped it back and reordered. 2nd order also arrived with only one lid. Yet both image and item discription show 3 lids, one for each bin. Save your money and don't buy this.

No support! Poor Quality!
Absolute crap! 5 of the 12 bins arrived with missing latches and 3 had seals coming out. I was on hold/ transferred with Target to 4 agents over the course of 35 minutes to resolve. Now I have to call FedEx to come pick up damaged bins and I repack them into box and hope third party vendor sends me new ones. I absolutely hate this experience!

Every single bin (quantity 12) came broken, some of which the foam seal on the lid was falling out. Now I have to take four giant boxes in multiple trips to the UPS store to return the items. Unsure why they are all broken but I doubt that happened due to rough handling since the shipping boxes were undamaged. My suspicion is that it’s related to recent subzero temperatures. Nonetheless, I don’t even want a replacement since they likely cannot withstand the cold.

Durable Clear Storage Solution, and Great Customer Service from Spreetail and Target
A few months ago I purchased these storage bins at my local Target store. Unfortunately, after a while Target discontinued the sale of this particular bin in-store. However, I lucked up and found a third-party vendor on Target.com, Spreetail that sold them. This was my first time buying from a third-party vendor via Target, and I have to give this experience a five-star rating. Both Spreetail and Target provided excellent customer service, and expedited the replacement of bins damaged during shipping. The price has gone up since I purchased my bins, but I still recommend them to anyone that's looking for clear, stackable, not too large storage bins. I also love the seal on these bins, as they keep critters out. I store everything in these. Also they fit perfectly underneath my storage bed. Overall, I highly recommend purchasing these bins through Target/ Spreetail.

Dont buy
This is such a disappointment. The bins arrived all cracked and broken. I only ordered online because my local store had nothing in stock. Now I have to lug this giant box that barely fits in my car to a target to get my money back after receiving poorly shoppers broken product. Inconveniencing waste of my time on top of uselessness.
