Compared other alternatives the quality of the materiel is the best. The product is very useful and comfortable as well. Nice packaging. I would definitely buy it again. recommended to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I liked Optimum Nutrition's Opti-Women multivitamin. It contains a multitude of vitamins. minerals and nutrients. However, the bottle claims to online contain natural ingredients, and the inactive ingredients listed are chemical compounds, so I found that to be rather misleading. Also contains soy.

This is the holy grail of all vitamins if you are a woman. It contains everything you need and more. It is a high potency vitamin that contains over 40 active ingredients. It is packed full of all kinds of great vitamins that have amazing health benefits. I have been using it for a month now and have noticed such a different in how I feel during the day. I have extra energy. My hair and nails seem to be getting better and better. I bounce back from my heavy workouts quicker. Within a week I started noticing a big difference since I started taking them. I always make sure to take them with food, since I tend to be a little sensitive to anything - but I have had no negative issues since taking this. Very pleased with the womens multivitamin.

Been taking them for three weeks now. I feel like I have more energy I feel like I'm more aware and I'm getting a lot of things done. I feel like because I have been taking these I've had a lot more energy so I've added more workouts during the week. I know it's because I'm taking this multivitamin daily. Bedside harsh vitamins smell. They are easy to swallow. Hoping that this company comes up with a gummy form for those who had weight-loss surgery as it is easier for us to take gummies than it is to take pills but I did find swallowing these to be quite easy. Also no harsh aftertaste . I actually like the way it was packaged and sealed and came also with a the little thing to keep them fresh that's always a plus. I would recommend to my Instagram supporters who still take pill form multivitamin.
