    Rug disintegrating after 2 months of use

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fibers from this rug have fallen off completely - there are areas where it is no longer striped, just completely white because the gray fibers have fallen away. When we vacuum and sweep, they accumulate everywhere. Not only do the rugs look horrible, but I'm sure it can't be safe to have tiny plastic fibers floating around everywhere. I'm being told a return cannot be processed after 2 months and that this is "normal" for the rug. Beware!! Wish I had never purchased these.

Pretty thin and it came folded in a box. Have had it laying flat for over a week and the wrinkles haven’t lessened. If I hadn’t thrown out the box, I would have returned it.

    Good rug bad packing process

    I like the rug. Very light weight. You will need a thin rug pad under rug to give it substance. Color good, too. I give it 2 stars for the packing process. The 5x 8 rug was folded in half and stuffed in a box. It has developed awful wrinkles. I hope in time the wrinkles will disappear. I’m glad I got it on sale. It is not worth the full price.
