I wanted this pan for making flan, but it’s two piece design won’t work. None of the images nor product descriptions indicated the two piece design. I will have to return this item. I’m sure it’s fine for cakes, but maybe not a custard dessert like flan.

Perfect Pan

Great quality pan. I have already used it several times since purchasing. Cake comes out of the pan easily without sticking or breaking.
