These garlic mini creamer potatoes were phenomenal! I don’t typically like to cook in the microwave, so I almost passed them up, but they were incredibly easy to make and turned out perfectly with amazing flavor. If I could give these 10 stars I would. Absolutely delicious and now a favorite!
