Beware may not be able to add battery to lightup

Bought item as a gift for someone who has tree with some animal ornaments in the white and silver colors and with it being a lighted ornament it was even better. However, unfortunately, it obviously doesn’t come with a battery, which is fine. It gives a battery size at the top where you hang it and on/off button, but unfortunately where you unscrew it it’s either stripped or just won’t open & there’s a problem with it. Tried to call company directly where it comes from which info is listed online under the description of item, however, a gentleman I spoke with insisted it does not have a battery, and it does not light up, which obviously he doesn’t know the product and stated nothing else he could do. very disappointing, I guess for the cost I will just return it. :( bad customer service as well!!

Fragile- broken

This ornament is glass and was crowded into a box with other ornaments without any padding and arrived broken. It was supposed to be a Christmas present. If it were packed properly so as not to get broken, I would have rated it higher.
