People who complain about this cereal are people who are just coming off eating your big brand sugary cereals. Their taste buds are still ruined by all the sugar lol. I've been off sugar for many years and I use stevia and Monk fruit (natural sweetners which are healthier and SAFER then your splenda and Aspartame used in thr big brand items) which is what they use to sweeten these cereals so it taste great to me!. If your like me and live your life avoiding sugar and gluten or vegan then you know how special and rare this cereal is and how good it actually taste! It literally taste like Oreo cookies to me. Thank you Catalina crunch because now I can enjoy cereal again!

I love the chocolate flavors of Catalina Crunch: dark chocolate, chocolate banana, and chocolate peanut butter. I snack on them dry. They're delicious! I also like cinnamon toast, and would like to try blueberry muffin.

This cereal is terrible, it is so dense and tastes like chemicals. Oddly a couple bites tasted kind of good but then the aftertaste comes. Tiny expensive bag. Would not recommend.

Catalina crunch is an excellent breakfast choice for diabetes sugar control. In my case, I struggle with gut issues so high fiber, high protein, gluten free starts me out right! The one thing I've noticed lately is there is a slight taste change. Please keep it as it was"¦we have been buying several bags at a time for close to two years! Thank you!!

Crunchy and chocolatey
My favorite flavor of the Catalina Crunch offerings. The pouches aren't as big as cereal boxes but a little goes a long way. The flavor is dense chocolate, the way I like it. This Crunch also makes a great snack. The pouch fits in my day pack and my desk drawer.

I was really hoping that I would enjoy this and I did find it extremely tasty. However, I am on a very rigid keto diet, which requires weighing my total carbs per meal. The downside of this cereal is that the only way it works as a keto meal is if you eat almost none of it. The serving size is so small that it would be too small for a toddler, never mind an 145 lb. adult. I measured out the exact serving size as suggested and immediately started laughing out loud. I'll hang onto the rest of the bags as snacks, but not sure this would really qualify as a breakfast meal.

Tastes horrible and has a terrible chemically fake sugar aftertaste. There’s no way this is actually healthy or contains what’s listed on the label. I was only able to take one bite and had to throw it away. Waste of money. And there isn’t even actual dark chocolate or 80 percent cocoa etc listed in the label, yet that’s supposed to be the main flavor.

The flavor tasted as expected when you go for low sugar breakfast. What I didn’t care for is how it said that there were 7 servings when all I got out of it was 3 and it was a normal sized bowl and I filled it halfway. I don’t think I would get it again or if I did, get a bigger version so it lasts longer.

This is one of the best more carb/keto friendly products I've found as of yet. It's so versatile. It can be a delicious bowl of cereal, a handful snack so by itself. Or I use it in a trail mix type of waywith nuts and a keto friendly sweet of some kind. It is easy to travel with as it's virtually mess free. I love all of the flavors (yes, I've tried them all)! I absolutely recommend trying this product, I don't think you'll regret it!

Eat the Dark Chocolate as the base, add my own red raspberries, banana, small scoop of MCT powder,couple of chips-away cookies, & believe it or not: cold Water, not Milk. At 90 year old, it amazes me the energy that starts my day off I work every day doing industrial electrical wiring. Great breakfast, but I think God has a lot to do with it,also

I eat this cereal dry as an afternoon snack occasionally sprinkled with a few nuts or SF chocolate chips. I've also sprinkled the cereal on low carb yogurt. Yummy!
