Great comfy chair!
This chair is comfortable, and lots of comfy leaning adjustable pieces to it, that make it even better. It was very easy to put together and delivered very quickly.

Good Short Term
I bought this chair a year ago and use it in my home office. Assembly was ok, and the comfort and ease of use has been good. However, at just under a year, the pneumatic height adjustment will start to leak and then lower my seating level several times during the day. And of course, it is past the 90 day return period - so I am stuck with a self adjusting office chair.

Fantastic Chair
My employer provided office chair just wasn’t cutting it. I needed something more ergonomic that wouldn’t break the bank. I did some research and came across this chair. It allows me to adjust my back height, provides lumbar support, I can lock the back in a reclined spot, adjust my arms, and these cool transparent wheels are a dream! They glide seamlessly over carpet and hard floors. The wheels and the ergonomic adjustments provide extra comfort that my previous work chair was lacking which is a huge relief to my lower back! I highly recommend this chair.

Quality Sturdy Chair... but....
This chair is very nice quality! It is very solid and well made, and has almost everything adjustable, including the arms which was important to me. However, after it was all put together and I sat in it... the seat was SO hard! What made it worse were the "contours" placed in the chair cushion .. that I apparently didn't fit in right because it was extremely uncomfortable for me. Sadly, I had to return it. It gets great reviews and maybe the seat is good for most people.... it just wasn't for me.

Not enjoyable due to poor quality
The chair squeaks with every movement. The wheels don’t rotate smoothly and sometimes scrape along the floor. The price is ok but I expected a little more quality.

Excellent Office Chair
This office chair is perfect for me. I work fulltime remote and am sitting at my desk a lot. My other desk chair was absolutely worn out. First of all, the assembly of this chair was so easy and quick! Also, I am 5'4 with lower back issues. I definitely needed a chair with good support. This chair absolutely meets my needs. The back of the chair is has great back support and is adjustable, so if you are taller, it will work for you as well. I also like that the arm heights can be adjusted as well. You can lock the back to stay straight up, or unlock it when you just need to relax for a few minutes. I am so glad that I ordered this chair!

Arm Locks Do Not Hold Up!
If you put even a slight bit of weight on the arms, they will violently fall back to the lowest position. It can really mess up your back.

Not as durable as I believe it should be
I ordered this almost exactly a year ago to the day. I will say, it was pretty easy to assemble and fairly comfortable. BUT, it doesn't last long. the pad on the arm has cracked, a wheel has come loose and is now wobbly and the fabric on the seat has torn.

Inaccurate chair height listed
So overall the chair is really comfortable, however, the chair heights listed are incorrect. Even when measuring from the top of the tallest part of the chair seat with no one sitting in it, the height minimum is 18" and the tallest is not quite 23" I bought this chair specifically for the height range up to 24" since I'm pretty tall with long legs, so unfortunately while the chair is comfortable in every other area, its not tall enough
