70" 5 Shelf Bookcase - Sauder

I have purchased Sauder products for years. The directions for assembly are clear and the finished product looks great.

Yeah, it's not high end, but what do you expect for this price point. Still, a great size bookshelf and a nice color finish. It checks the boxes for what I was trying to accomplish. Looks nice where I put it!

Using this as a TV stand and photo frame collection

Adjustable shelves are nice. Used mostly for photo albums of dirrent sizes.

Not a perfect alignment on bottom shelf. Some chips off edges. Otherwise lovely.

My third Sauder product and, as always, it went together flawlessly. The quality is good. My recommendation to others is to follow instructions exactly as shown. If you rush and take short cuts, you'll have problems at the end. Sauder does a great job detailing each step with diagrams, etc., so be patient and enjoy.

We have bought products from Sauder years ago and they continue to produce solid, affordable products. Their bookcases are simple to assemble with flexibility for any need. The only downside is a less than solid back.

I will now be able to load up all the books i have stored in boxes since my move.

even after tightening nuts checking every one prior to standing, standing into an upright position, bottom separated from top causing bolts to rip out, minor damage and can't be seen but shouldn't have happened to begin with. would not recommend this item for anyone else to purchase

The bookshelf arrived promptly and was easy to assemble. Incredibly sturdy, holds heavy books well. I damaged assembly parts, and customer service sent replacement parts promptly. Highly recommend.

I have built dozens of furniture with MDF particle board. And this was by far the worst ever. It wobbled from the start of construction and I was figuring that the shelves would help solidify the bookshelf. Unfortunately I never got to that point as it fell apart trying to move it to its place against that wall.

We purchased two armoires and a bookshelf to put between them in a guest room that doesn't have a closet. They're sturdy and look much pricier than what I paid. Happy with my purchase!

Exactly what we were looking for. The assembly instructions were very detailed and easy to follow.

The finish on this product is lovely and works well with my decor. It is very sturdy. The shelves are heavy, not unbearable. Since putting furniture together is not in my wheelhouse, I had a little trouble.

Received this as a wedding registry gift. Overall super high quality. Looks good and holds a decent number of books. Ours arrived with SLIGHT damage but was still able to be assembled. With books it cannot be seen.

I have one complaint about this bookcase, it is the 5th bookcase for my library/office and the first with an issue. In the past, all assembly parts have come in individual sealed and numbered bags, making it easier to keep them separate and available. This one everything was in one sealed bag, and unfortunately I didn't realize I had 2 screw sizes mixed up and the bottom shelf of each half I screwed the wrong size into them damaging the shelves. I've been able to camouflage the chipped veneer, but I think you should go back to separate bags for the parts. Other than this issue, I didn't have any other problems and I love the bookcase.
