The new formula BURNED my eyes
I absolutely loved the older formula in the bottle with the turquoise cap. I used it for many years and was a loyal customer, buying a new bottle every three months for about 15 years. It was incredibly gentle on my sensitive eyes and removed stubborn eye makeup flawlessly. Unfortunately, the formula was changed, and when I tried the new version, my eyes burned terribly. I had to return it and haven’t purchased it since. Please, please bring back the old formula!

Leaves your skin hydrated
I love this cleanser. I am finishing 4th tube. I love it because it leaves my skin so hydrated. Although I do not think it is excellent in removing makeup. On days when I don't wear makeup, it is my go to and favourite. It does not foam and it is not fragranced. I let it sit on my skin for a while, whilst I wash my teeth, and rinse it off with a lukewarm water water. I love it and I'd recommend it to anyone who would want to have a soft and hydrated skin.

Sad, changed formula
I have. Rey sensitive skin and the old formulation with the turquoise cap was flawless. I repurchased recently and used for the first time and was sooo disappointed ☹️!! I thought I had bought the wrong thing, came back to check there weren’t two formulas, but no. They just ruined the perfect skin cleanser. This one burns my eyes, and the smell is so strong I cannot use it. I am sensitive to fragrance, but if you are promoting a product as being FOR sensitive skin, adding fragrance seems pretty counterintuitive. To top things off, the new formulation leaves a strange thin silicone feeling on my skin. I’ve used Vichy for years! What do I do now??!!

I detest this new Purete Thermal!! It has a awkward smell, and does not feel as good as the original with the turquoise cap. Bring back the original one. Why mess with perfection?!

the texture was very smooth and not rough to my skin. clean ingredients and had a great scent that wasn’t chemical needed. my skin is super sensitive and usually break out super easy but this cleanser didn’t make it break out infact it cleared my incoming pimples.

This is one of my staples in my skin care! I started using this product because my skin is always so dry on my face no matter what i use; this cleanser acts as 3 different skin care products combined into one ( milky toner, lotion & eye makeup remover). this is a convenient product to use, you can use it in the shower towards the end while your skin is still damp and it layers on seamlessly! the product does not need to be rinsed off & helps keep my skin soft & hydrated all day! I pair this cleanser with the vichy toner & moisturizer and my skin has never been better. the bottle lasts a long time as you only need the smallest amount of the product & the price is pretty good for how much you get while also considering how long this bottle lasts. I will definitely continue buying this product!

Wanted to like it... but im going back to Tatcha. :/
This left my face feeling moisturized which was nice but also never felt like I fully got the product off. I’m weird and cannot stand that feeling. It also didn’t do a great job at removing any left over makeup after the first part of my double cleans. It was fine for me in the mornings so long as I used a toner right after to get rid of that weird feeling but after a week I got sick of it and gave it to my mom. Maybe if you have very sensitive skin this feels amazing but I’m going back to the Tatcha Rice Wash. That’s my personal favorite.

The scent wasn't to my liking
Unfortunately, this cleanser didn't work well for my skin. Despite its claims, I found it didn't cleanse thoroughly, especially when it came to removing makeup and sunscreen. Additionally, the scent wasn't to my liking, which made it less enjoyable to use. Given that it didn't suit my skin and the fragrance wasn't appealing, I wouldn't repurchase it.

Didn’t clean my dark skin of makeup
Not good for dark skin with makeup. I’m dark brown and wear the same color in make up - I bought this thinking it would cleanse my face - but it’s didn’t . I still have to wash with another cleaners and then this one. Wouldn’t recommend it for black skin

Disappointed
Loved the old cleanser. The scent of the replacement is overpowering, but my biggest complaint is the consistency and effectiveness of the product. Very disappointed as I have used this product for many years. Will look for an alternative.

I was using the cleanser for years and loved it. The bottle/ tube had changed and feels different, it also has a strong fragrance that the other did not. Please bring back the OLD face cleanser! Also leaves my skin feeling tight wear as the older one didn’t.
