The cushion inserts disintegrate with use leaving a powdery residue in hand

Horrible junk quality. Cushions randomly discolored. The contents of the pillow are disintegrating. I opened to wash and the pillow insides were completely crumbling. I have only had the set less than 6 months and it is always covered when not in use. Seat cushions do not stay in place.

Good for the price paid. Definitely a cheaper set. The cushions are then and no way to attach them to the bases

Hard to build, the glass doesn’t stick to the table, it keeps sliding off. The chairs move even after we locked them.

Of course, this is not a heavy duty set. However, for the price point my feelings aren’t hurt that this will last 3+ years. Maybe more…time will tell. All pieces/parts were provided. Shipping was fast and arrived in good condition. With a drill, this was constructed in about 35 mins with one person and another grabbing parts. Peacock color is true to screen. Cushions are not ultraplush, but they are comfortable. My daughter complained about the corner pillows not having enough stuff. All in all, I’m happy with this purchase and would recommend it.

This is a nice set however, I have attached a picture of the crushed metal piece on one of the legs when taken out of The box . The directions state it should Take approximately 90 minutes to assemble. It takes considerably longer! Also the the two tools that were included were inadequate for assembly. The nuts could only be turned 3/4 times. You either need to buy new nuts or use a ratchet set and pliers to tighten the bolts. Also, be aware that while Target emailed me that the set I bought now had a lower price they would not price match the $100 difference. My only choice would be to return the set and repurchase. This is hardly practical. Very disappointed with that decision.

Glass top came shattered. It took a long time to put together, definitely not the 90 minutes like the instructions said. Overall okay, but cushions are hard & flat. I learned my lesson- you get what you pay for.

Takes time to tighten all of these screws but it was easy enough to assemble. Looks great and feels pretty comfy. I love the versatility with splitting the pieces up or clipping together.

Great sectional for the price. Water resistant fabric, cushions are comfortable and is a great set for the cost!!

So I don't normally leave reviews, but I figured I would leave one here in hopes to help someone out. For starters, the description on this item clearly states that it ships in 3 boxes and could potentially end up arriving on separate delivery dates, which is totally fine. This ended up being my case. I had only received 1 tracking number, so I assumed I would be receiving all 3 boxes within the same delivery. There was no other correspondence letting me know that they would for aure be arriving separately. So when I got 2 out of the 3 packages one day and everything was marked delivered, I panicked a little because I thought one of the boxes was lost. Started a case with Fedex, emailed BCP, etc. After not really hearing back about the one package, I called Target customer service the next morning and that is when I found out that there was in fact another tracking number for the last package and it was to be delivered separately. Target customer service explained that the system can only send 1 tracking number for some reason. So hopefully this eases some of the concern for others. I did receive the last box a day after the 1st 2 arrived. So all was well. I just wanted to give folks a heads up that this may occur for the. Next thing- I started assembling this patio sectional and have not been able to complete it because I was not sent enough of the M6-50mm bolts. This was odd because they all came pre-packaged. After retracing all my steps for the other parts already built, I was able to confirm that I was only sent 32, not the 46 bolts as the manual says it comes with and needs. I ended up just ordering the rest of the bolts that I needed through amazon and complete assembly when those come in. Its just inconvenient to have to wait when it should have with the necessary amount of bolts to begin with. Finally- I have not set it up completely yet due to the above reason, however, when the assembly is complete I will update my review and attach photos.

Dislikes: dimensions are wrong on the website the backs of this couch are only about 26 in. The cushions are extremely cheap looking and almost translucent with thick lining all around the edges. I'm 5 ft 4 in and this couch is way too small. The table that it comes with is even smaller than the couch which is very odd and makes it look like it doesn't belong with the set. This couch would be great for about $300 but definitely not worth a penny more. Likes: the wicker on this couch was actually pretty nice and I did like the color of it.

Not sure why the cushions needed to come pre-faded…. And in two different colors. Came with all parts and the wicker un-damaged and wasn’t bad to put together with electric tools. But the cushions look like they’ve been sitting out for years, which is disappointing.

Group gift to my mom for Mother's Day. She loved the set for spending time with all of us.

Missing parts, got the entire thing put together, needed 6 bolts to finish. 3 short and I should have had 4 extras. BCP won't help without me talking to target. All Target wants me to do is return it, grrr. I just need some missing parts!!!!!!!

For a $600 convo set it’s pretty nice One point off because the mirror for table should have included better gripping adhesives.

We’ve had this sectional for such a short while and are currently disappointed in its quality, especially the quality of the cover. First of all, the corner of the cover ripped less than 48 afters we received the sectional. I bought the warranty plan, yet NO ONE will take responsibility of replacing this defective item. Target claims they are not liable, to call Allstate protection plan. Allstate protection plan says the item is still covered by the manufacturers 1 year warranty, to call Best Choice. Best Choice says I bought the warranty plan and it’s Allstates problem. Called back to Allstate and they claimed I didn’t have the item long enough to be covered by the warranty. What a headache! Then, yesterday, the string that cinches the cover secure dried up from the Ohio elements and ripped…then ripped again when we attempted to tie it back together...then ripped again when we tried to cinch it closed. Now, we have no cinch tie whatsoever. *see photo* I suspect the wicker design will start to dry up next and start breaking off in pieces, but only time will tell. I don’t have high hopes at this point.
