The mugs themselves are great, but after about a year or so of use, the Cricut brand infusible ink has started wearing off around the edges. The other problem is that the mugs get way too hot in the microwave and dishwasher and have burned me several times. It says they are microwave and dishwasher safe, so this was surprising to me since none of my other mugs have this problem besides these cricut ones. Be careful when unloading them from a dishwasher or microwave, and if you really don't want your design to fade then I would recommend not putting them in the microwave or dishwasher since I've done that with mine and the colors faded away starting at the corners. I've used cricut materials and followed instructions and this happened anyways, not sure why. Great value for this set of mugs though, and they are still my favorite mugs, I just need to be careful with them.

These mugs are easy to use with the infusible ink products. They are smooth with no imperfections. The perfect size for my coffee in the mornings. I have put my mugs in the dishwasher and the design is still perfect after numerous times in the dishwasher.

Cups are easy to use and sublimated perfectly! I used the Cricut mug press and design space to create my image. Following recommendations on Cricut heat guide helped achieve a flawless cup. Extremely pleased with the price and product!

The mug press and blanks are incredible! Really professional finish…far better than using vinyl. The mugs look amazing. I’m busy making personalised Christmas mugs for our local Care Home Residents…all 60 of them! So easy to use. It has taken my crafting to a whole new level!

Printed my last mug and had another order. Thought it would take a few weeks but wow, I got them today! They are always packed so well, so of course nothing was damaged or scratched. The only thing I wish is that each mug would have come in an individual box similar to other companies I have ordered from. This makes delivering the mugs to customers so much more professional.
