Watch out for auto filling coupons!
You signed me up for a subscription by auto filling a coupon. I was very careful not to start a subscription. I will be using bulletproof mct oil going forward. Legit products don’t need to use shady tactics like that?

Disappointed. Label sounds good, results not great
I was happy to find this MCT oil because it has the ingredients that I was looking for: mainly the highest percentage in C8 oil and did not include other ingredients I did not want, but others seem to include. But: it was my understanding that it would throw you into ketosis quickly. I've taken it daily for a week without any results. This is disappointing and I am not satisfied with the product. The first day I only took 1 Tbsp. The second day I took 1 Tbsp twice. The third day and thereafter I took 1 Tbsp 3 times each day. I ate only keto friendly foods and drinks during that time, making the largest portion of my daily diet fat. I took in no sugar and less than 6 carbs. My ketosis urine stick only shows a trace of ketosis and goes no further. I have drank almost half of the bottle of MCT oil. I should be in full ketosis by now. I will be looking to get a refund on the But it's sad because I want 100% pure organic C8 MCT oil, without the other medium chains of C10 and C12. But it is extremely hard to find. Anyone who knows where I can purchase the MCT oil with ONLY Pure C8, let me know please.

Caprylic Acid and Candida
Caprylic Acid has been written up for years as a substance that kills off Candida within the gut. While this may be a good thing long term, I believe that people who have an overgrowth of Candida may experience a difficult time when first taking this product from the “die off” effects. That may be expecting to feel energized since it is being advertised as “brain and body fuel”. However, they may feel quite tired and ‘down’ for a number of days as the candida die off waste is eliminated by the body. I am just starting to use this product as a treatment mixing it ( 1 tsp) with psyllium husk so it will get to the gut as I suspect that I have an overgrowth (again). I have been experiencing the die off effects for a few days so far. I am not a medical practitioner by any means. Just relaying information I have gained over a number of years through reading and personal experience with using caprylic acid for treatment of candida in the gut. Would appreciate if others would comment on this.
