I absolutely love this item, but my only issue is that it came a little damaged and missing pieces. I was able to make do with what they sent but not even sure how I can get them to just send me the missing parts.

Cute and functional but arrived damaged in the box. Disappointing for price … then it’s a whole process to exchange it

Also forgot to mention no manual 🙄 & I bought 2 year warranty.

We’ve had this for almost a year, and while it was fantastic and sturdy at first. That is not the case now. I have children older than toddlers and with how wild they play sometimes, this does not stand up to that. We also bump into it occasionally which hasn’t helped (hit our knee, elbow, hip on it etc.) I don’t recommend this for children younger than toddlers. It does not hold up well.

At first we weren’t sure we liked this because the bins sit at an angle but after filling the bins with the toys we are obsessed with it! I highly recommend. It makes clean up so easy and I love that you can remove a bin to take in another room ect. We were also able to slide all his puzzles underneath which we love. Would buy again!

It works beautifully for that as I'm able to grab one tote that contains all the supplies for a single project and take it to my workspace and when I'm done put everything back into the same tote and return it on the shelf. Everything stays organized and meet and tidy and best of all clutter free. I can see what is in each tote so projects don't end up out of sight and out of mind. This organizer was quick and easy to assemble, it took me just a few minutes and it appears to be fairly sturdy.

I feel like it has also helped keep his room a littler cleaner since he can see his toys in the bins instead of having to pull everything out of a big toy box. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bin storage unit was very quick and easy to assemble, my 9 year old daughter did almost all the work herself. We built it for her bedroom and she has all her dolls and accessories organized now. There is a lot of room for storage with all 9 bins and it works so well keeping toys separated but still in view, a lot of times toys are put away and forgotten about so it's nice she is using her toys way more now! This does not take up a ton of space and looks nice with the wood look finished ends. Very happy with this.
