Perfect Lawn chair
This hair is so nice I haven't even taken it outside yet. I've been using it on my sunporch. I'll take it outside next year when I can carry things again. One reason I got it is because of the height. I'm having hip replacement surgery & it's hard right now to get out of a chair that sits low to the ground, this chair is very easy to get in & out of. It's sturdy, it's beautiful & I love it!

Disappointing purchase
All the screws were rusty, looking like it had been exposed to the elements for some time. The silver hinge areas were also discolored. The latch to hold the back up was not secure.

Received broken chair
I received which looks like a returned item, the box was taped up from after oroginally opening it. The back latch of the chair is missing so I cannot prop up the back of the seat, it can only be flat. I called customer service and they connected me to Costway. Costway requested photos. Target suggested I take this chair back to the store and order a new one. It's a large item and it's a hassle and the chair is no longer on sale. I do not need to drive around to a Target location to return this because of Target's and Costway's error and sending me a defective item. There is a reason I ordered it online. The chair itself is very nice - if you get an item that's not defective. I'll update thereview IF they fix the issue if this defective item.
