[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love to use the lightweight conditioning wash to co-wash my hair. I make sure to always have the travel tube filled from my jumbo size when I travel as I often travel from the west coast back home to the east coast and this conditioner is one of the best conditioners that works well for my fine, 3a/3b type curls in either the drier climate of the west in SoCal or the damp humidity I experience on the east coast in the DMV. I really just cannot say enough good things about its ability to clean and moisturize my hair perfectly.

Clean smells good

I first purchased this and used it on my fine, high porosity, 2c/3a hair while my hair was still bleached and very damaged. I also initially used it with a shampoo from a different hair care line. It worked well then given the fact that my hair was so damaged and dry. However, I’ve since cut off the bleached portion of my hair and no longer chemically process it. This conditioner is really heavy on my hair now. I thought it was really heavy for a “lightweight” conditioner even when I was using it on damaged hair. Now that my hair is no longer damaged, and is no where near as dry anymore (although still generally dry and frizzy at its lengths), it’s just incredibly heavy on my hair. I also used it with Pattern’s cleansing/clarifying shampoo this time around, and combining the two was just way too much for my hair. Yes, my hair is soft and moisturized, but it’s all way too much on my hair. It honestly feels like I have leave-in conditioner in my hair after using this product, along with Pattern’s cleansing shampoo, and letting it air dry. My hair really doesn’t feel clean at all. I also take partial issue with this hair care line being for curly hair, but them completely excluding 3a hair, a type of curly hair, from their products. It feels unnecessarily exclusive, especially considering the fact that other curly hair care lines like Curlsmith are so much more inclusive in recognizing the many different types, textures, and porosities of curly hair. Overall, this conditioner is great if you have fine curly hair that’s extremely dry or damaged… or, maybe if you use it with a shampoo from a different hair care line. Otherwise, it’s far too moisturizing and heavy.

First time trying this type of conditioner from this line & I really like the consistency not too thick & heavy on my curly hair.

I have dry wavy hair that I lighten every couple of months. This plus the shampoo leaves my hair feeling so soft after a shower. Typically my hair is so brittle after a shower (i used shea moisture before) but this is a game changer.

I have very fine/thin 3A/B hair and omg!! This conditioner is such a game changer. I usually lose a lot of hair when brushing my hair but with this conditioner my hair loss was very minimal. I love the smell, it smells like incense--so if ur not a fan of that smell u might not like this scent. My hair feels so soft and fluffy. I will definetly be buying the bigger size !!

I have very fine 3a/3b curls. I often find that many curly curl products are deeply moisturizing, causing my hair to become quickly weighed down and appear greasy especially at the root. After falling in love with other PATTERN products, I decided to give this conditioner a try and it does not disappoint. It gives my hair great slip for easy detangling and enough moisture to keep my hair soft but not weighed down. Like most curly girls I’ve gone through many of products in my life, but this is hands down my favorite of all time.

Love this product!! Already on my eighth bottle. Super hydrating and light.

I tried both the mediumweight and lightweight versions. At first it feels fine because it helps detangle. But after a few months of use, it destroyed my hair. Lots of hair loss and my hair lost its shine and bounce. I thought maybe my hair loss and dryness might just be change in weather, water conditions etc. But I don't have those issues using conditioner from a different brand. I tried using Pattern after a 3 month hiatus and it was a bad idea. So much hair loss and ruined my hair again. Took me a month to repair the damage. Never again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lightweight conditioner is my absolute favorite everyday conditioner. It provides enough slip to tackle any tangles, and keeps my hair moisturized all day.

This line is amazing for just everyday care. It gives just the right amount of hydration. This leaves my hair feeling fresh and bouncy.

My mum bought it for me before as a gift, and I'm literally so serious, I ran out in 2 weeks because I would use it SO much. It left the softest, smoothest results and literally brought my hair back to life. Absolutely amazing.
