Not for me
I'm a 67 year old woman with very sparse brows. The pencil is very hard and tugs the skin while applying, even when I'm holding the area taught. It has very little pigment and several strokes of application is necessary but still not achieving enough color. The price point is good but just didn't work for me.

My Cat Loves It
Eyebrow pencil is great, goes on smooth and lasts all day - my go to eyebrow pencil for sure. The brush portion of this pencil also gets 5 stars from my cat Willow. She loves to get her nose, cheeks, and ears combed every morning while I am doing my make-up. By the time I am out of pencil, the brush is full of cat fur and then we start with a new pencil and brush. If you dont try this pencil for yourself, at least try it for your cat.

My favorite Ulta product
When IT cosmetics stopped making their "super skinny" brow pencil, I was in need of a skinny brow pencil. THIS IS IT!! It's fantastic... very easy to use. You don't have to feel like you are using up half the product before it goes on smoothly and easily. I always add one of these to an order and I am often SO glad that I do that regularly because when one is used up, I always have at least 5-6 in stock. I hope Ulta NEVER EVER stops making / carrying this!!!!!
