Keeps illness at bay

I must say that since I started using these vitamins, I haven’t gotten sick. That could be coincidence but worth mentioning. I’m almost done with my second bottle. I take one capsule a day rather than two. I also see a positive effect on my hair, which hasn’t been falling out as much since I started taking these. Again, could be diet or stress etc but worth mentioning.

Easy way to increase Zinc

I needed to increase my Zinc, but I didn't want to take just a Zinc tablet. This is a good way to increase a few other needed supplements in just one pill. I only started taking it a short while ago, but I can say that I don't get as sleepy in the afternoons now.
