This grill was so great at first. I kept it clean and covered but after a year and a half the burners deteriorated and the bracket that holds them on the back of the grill had also completely deteriorated and there wasn't anything to attach new burners to. I could have made something but Kenmore would never return my call when I requested new burners (under 3 year warranty). Don't buy! no service at all!

Haven't had this grill more than 2 years, kept covered when not in use and the burners and everything they attach to and most everything under them has already rusted out and rotten

Cooking on this grill is like taking a mini culinary adventure! The ignition works just as the gas range you have at home, and it will easily accommodate your biggest dishes. Though I wasn't quite amazed by the advertised heat level, there’s still more to explore with its searing functions that are sure to bring out fantastic flavors in whatever meals you're whipping up.

Wow! I'm so impressed with this all-stainless grill. It's intuitively designed and pretty easy to assemble, just remembering not to over tighten the screws or you could strip them out. Overall it provides great value for your money spent - would highly recommend!

After having the previous iteration
After having the previous iteration of this grill for 8 years without any issues, I decided to upgrade to the newer model. It came with some handy new features like a removable drip pan and instructions that were straightforward enough to follow over the course of two hours or so (which was helpful). The conversion from LP gas however wasn't entirely smooth - I had an issue with getting things hooked up properly when it came time for me to make use of my existing NG regulator. Taking off screws on the manifold is also tedius because they're super tight! Despite these minor hiccups though, once everything's set up you'll be rewarded by a durable product; if taken care of regularly – cleaning grates/pan & covering it when not in use - then your peace-of-mind can last as long as mine did with its predecessor: eight full years. Even better yet, Permasteel customer service has earned itself many brownie points due their exemplary ability answer queries efficiently and effectively whenever needed!

The heat distributes evenly, it's simple to light and the cleanup process couldn't be simpler - why would you ever cook on anything else?! I bought this grill a few weeks ago and I am very happy with it. It was a great price and fast shipping. The grill is very nice and I have gotten a lot of compliments on it. It's nice to deal with a company that gives you what is promised. I will buy from them again.
