Not Much of a Concentrate
I love the taste. A local Indian restaurant I really like uses this concentrate in their chai lattes, which turned me on to the brand. However, I have to put extra cinnamon in it, and add more concentrate than the 1:1 ratio they advertise to get the bold flavor I like. I only buy it when I can find it on sale because of this, it doesn’t go very far for me.

Delicious will buy again
I love the chai at our local coffee shop and wanted something similar to make at home. I avoided tazo as reviews said it was sweet. The local place has a more spiced taste than sweet so i tried this masala brand and i am happy with it :) I have tried it both hot and cold with oat milk and enjoy it both ways. I switched from coffee to chai after becoming too sensitive to caffeine so i do wish they had a decaf version available. This isnt as intense as coffee or wnergy drinks but i do still have to limit myself to one or i will feels the effects of too much caffeine. The box just says medium caffeine levels and doesn’t list any specific amount per serving- which would be my only complaint.

Best Chai Concentrate
I was never much of a chai drinker until I went to Edinburgh and tasted the BEST Masala chai! I still think about it-and dream of the day I can revisit! Anyway, when I got home I decided to hunt down a chai with a similar taste. I know I can never brew one myself, but I was hopeful that a company would have something decent available. I have tried three other chai concentrate besides this one and this is by far the best I've tasted! It's a bit more than the concentrates Target carries-Tazo & Oregon Chai-but it's worth it! I've drank it mixed with several types of milk, eggnog, even Baileys and it is soooo good. If you're a chai drinker, and aren't confident enough to try and brew one yourself (the tea bags suck FYI) this concentrate is as close to the house made Indian restaurant ones.

It's has more cinnamon taste and is paired really nice with califia almond milk for those who are lactose intolerant. I'm kind of addicted now! It's mildly spicy, but you can make it more or less spicy depending on how you dilute it. I've been doing about 1:1 with almond milk. It's sweet, but not overly sweet the way some chai concentrates are. The only issue I had was ordering it online- I ordered 4, and 2 of them were busted open when they arrived and leaking. In the future, I'm going to stick to pick up orders instead.
