    Lied about working with all sodastreams

    It said these cylinders work with all sodastreams but these don’t work with mine. If you buy these you run the risk of it not working with your sodastream.

    Efficient and Economical

    I was almost to the point of stopping the use of my SodaStream machine because of the efforts in finding the replacement cartridges. Then I actually used the website to order and am very well pleased. Cost was about the same and I did not suffer the same frustration of finding an outlet that actually had the full cartridges. Shipment was fast. Packaging was great and I was able to return empties for credit.

    Returns are a joke!

    Was told that I have to return empty in 30 days, which is much faster than I will use a tank. Called & they said I could call back each month and request an extension, like anyone has time for that. Was told a supervisor would call me within a couple hours, but that was a week ago and no one has ever called, so I'm throwing my SodaStream in the trash.

    Incredible process!

    We received our cylinders and other concentrates very quickly. The return process for our old cylinders was easier than taking them to a retail store. We will continue to do this.

    Co2 Exchange

    Exchanging the cylinders through the mail is extremely easy. The only complaint I have is that there is no communication about when they receive the cylinders back from you. I think it would be nice to receive a communication that the cylinders were received and that the exchange is complete.

    Confusing, expensive and unreliable service

    I really don’t like dealing with sodastream. I do it because there are no alternatives that I’ve found. I believe twice I’ve had to ask for my refund after sending back my bottles. I don’t have time to mess with it.

    DON'T COUNT ON IT

    THERE ARE NO BLUE CANNISTERS AT TARGET FOR EXCHANGE. EVEN IF YOU CALL AND ASK, THEY'LL SAY YES, AND THEN THEY DON'T HAVE THEM, ONLY PINK. BEEN DEALING WITH THIS FOR YEARS, AND HAVEN'T FOUND ONE IN TWO MONTHS OF SEEKING
