Target couldn’t deliver the order in a reasonable amount of time. I should’ve just gone to the store. Pathetic.

Much easier than other companies where you have to return within a fixed time period. this one's procing model is more like "buy two, here's a refund when you return the empties". My household goes through bursts of drinking sodastream drinks daily to not touching it for a month. I just tuck the box under the counter with the other little-used appliances and drop it in the mail when I install the last full one. I only own 1 canister (the one that came with the machine) and I just don't feel like I need the headache of juggling several all the time just to have 2 to send back within a short period. only downside is its a little more expensive than exchanging directly in store, but like I said above, I don't have to /purchase/ extra canisters with this. also sodastream deals often apply to this, I've noticed.

It said these cylinders work with all sodastreams but these don’t work with mine. If you buy these you run the risk of it not working with your sodastream.

Really enjoy our SodaStream, and the bottle exchange is easy and fast to keep topped up. Much better prices than buying sparkling water at the store, with the benefit of having as much or little fizz as you want.

I was almost to the point of stopping the use of my SodaStream machine because of the efforts in finding the replacement cartridges. Then I actually used the website to order and am very well pleased. Cost was about the same and I did not suffer the same frustration of finding an outlet that actually had the full cartridges. Shipment was fast. Packaging was great and I was able to return empties for credit.

Easy to use and can make any other drink anytime we want.

Was told that I have to return empty in 30 days, which is much faster than I will use a tank. Called & they said I could call back each month and request an extension, like anyone has time for that. Was told a supervisor would call me within a couple hours, but that was a week ago and no one has ever called, so I'm throwing my SodaStream in the trash.

We received our cylinders and other concentrates very quickly. The return process for our old cylinders was easier than taking them to a retail store. We will continue to do this.

Such an easy way to buy full and return the empty CO2 canisters.

Sending and receiving cylinders was easy. The only thing I want improved is to get a notice when the returns have been received.

It was great we received new CO2 bottles and a n see w label it was easy used the box applied the label took it to the postoffice and returned the empty bottles

This is the easiest and most cost effective way to exchange cylinders. This is the 3rd time I've done it and it is so simple.

In a market where there are no retail stores to facilitate canister exchanges, this avenue worked well although it’s more expensive due to added shipping fees. Return was easy and no shipping fees were charged.

process was good, one of the flavor bottles that I ordered leaked a bit so things were kinda sticky, bit overall ok

We love that we can mix and match all kinds of flavors and have whatever we want when we want it!

Exchanging the cylinders through the mail is extremely easy. The only complaint I have is that there is no communication about when they receive the cylinders back from you. I think it would be nice to receive a communication that the cylinders were received and that the exchange is complete.
