Pet bed got to only 2 inches thickness and not 4 inches as claimed in specifics of the bed

The pet bed was supposed to be 4 inches high and it has been few days since opened the package on 23rd and waiting from 7 days now to form the offered size and shape. It is uneven like a slope and didn't gain 4 inches yet. Plus the bottom of the bed is not non-skid material. It slips and moves by touch even though dog has not started using it. I will return the bed.
