Not to throw shade, but our sunscreen is a shining example of how all mineral sunscreens should behave. We have the broad spectrum protection you want, without any of the application annoyances like thick white residue or greasiness. Our formula is dermatologist-tested and suitable for sensitive skin. It features just one active ingredient: 20% active Zinc Oxide. We don't use chemical actives like oxybenzone and octinoxate, so all Native Sunscreens are compliant with the Hawaii Act 104 which was passed in an effort to protect Hawaii's reefs. Don't forget to reapply at least every 2 hours.

Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply at least every 2 hours. Use water resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating. Sun protection measures. Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a broad spectrum SPF of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including: limit time in the sun, especially from 10a.m. -2p.m. Wear long-sleeve shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses.Children Under 6 Months

Good mineral sunscreen
Really easy to rub in, not personally my favorite texture though. I find it can be a little sticky. My husband really likes it though and it’s easy to rub in on body hair. The scent is pleasant and very tropical!

Great sunscreen
Great sunscreen! Nice scent, not too strong. Rubs in well and gives great protection. Needs to be scrubbed off with a loofah and exfoliating scrub or a granular soap, and I'm ok with that. The most important thing to me is protection, followed by being able to rub it in so it doesn't look white on my skin. Native sunscreen achieves both. Thank you!

Works very well. Like, very well. No color change whatsoever in my skin after a day of reapplying every 3 or so hours. The only thing I didn’t care for was the feeling it left on my skin and how long it took to rub it in, I have been accused of using too much. I’d buy again .

Great for first application, useless after that
I use Native deodorant, shampoo, and body wash. I was so excited to use the sunscreen, but sadly have not enjoyed it like the other products. I am one who religiously puts on sunscreen and I hardly ever get burnt. But every time I have been outside and used this sunscreen, I have gotten seriously sun burnt. It's like if you are any amount of sweaty or wet, the application does not take into your skin at all. I have had days where I have applied it anywhere from 4-5 times in a span of 4 hours and I still got badly sun burnt.

I want to love it....
This product is everything you could want in a sunscreen (blends in easy, not greasy, smells great) UNTIL it comes to sun protection. After several reapplications, and comparing it with another sunscreen used on my face and neck, everywhere I used the Native sunscreen burned pretty good. I want to love this sunscreen so bad, but it failed to do the most basic job it's supposed to do.

Not very protective
It smells really good, but definitely does not protect skin very well. It is better than wearing nothing, but it is very thin and streaky and hard to rub in evenly.

Coconut Pineapple SunScreen
I've been using this sunscreen for several yrs now & it works great. My only complaint is it stains! Not clothes,, but it has left marks on the vinyl console, arm rests on my cars! My husband had to find a special cleaner that would take it off & now I try to remember to put a cloth over the console or armrest,, to protect them.

This smells great but it doesn't protect you from getting burned. I reapplied this at least twice while at the lake recently and still ended up getting burned. Disappointed since I wanted a safer alternative to the normal sunscreens.
