Great coverage. Really nice smell. Really great sun protection with none of us burning over the summer in Texas. This is now my go to sun protection every summer. It does leave a white cast, but it’s for sun protection. I’m ok with that.

Worked really well, you will need to reapply after 2 hrs swimming. Also rubs off if you are sitting in a seat or drying off or wearing clothing over it, like any sunscreen. Not too chalky. Would use it again.

I just can't give this a good review. It's too thick and hard to use. It keeps me white for pretty much the whole time I wear, is gross feeling becuase it's so thick and it's really hard to get off when I shower. I have to exfoliate to get it off. I guess it just doesn't work for me like it does for others.

Definitely worked, but be aware of whitecast. I am fine with whitecast, so I wore it, but some folks might not like that.

Worked really well. A bit hard to spread out but it lasts for hours so you don’t have to worry about reapplying. It does leave a white cast, especially if you’re not particularly pale, but that doesn’t bother me much. It did dry my skin out after using it for 6 days in a row, but with normal use, not an issue.

It has no Titanium Dioxide, carcinogenic ingredient listed on Calif. prop.65

Good price for ewg higher rated sunscreen. Use it on kids and myself. Requires a bit more rubbing but I think all mineral sunscreens do. Good Price for bigger tube, lasts a while.

I like SO many aspects of this formula, but I’m disappointed. I’ve used mineral sunscreen before, so I expected a white cast, but this is almost chalky. I’m pale and still look like a ghost. The sunscreen is thick and very difficult to spread on my body. I feel like I am missing spots. Also, the label says it has a 1 score from EWG, but it’s actually a 2. A 2 is still great, if only I could apply the product better.

This mineral sunscreen would have been perfect, but listed as the fourth ingredient is Cetyl Dimethicone which is not a "clean" ingredient. Silicones are known endocrine disruptors.

I never understand the people who knowingly buy a mineral/physical sunscreen then complain about a "white cast". Duh! You're buying a sunscreen that has titanium dioxide and zinc oxide - do your research. If you don't want a white cast, then buy one that is tinted or mix with foundation. Otherwise, buy a chemical sunscreen if you want a clear sunscreen. It isn't fair to rate this product poorly because you fail to research and understand what you're buying... anyway, this sunscreen is very effective for a mineral sunscreen, is sweat proof, and does what it's supposed to do. Follow the directions to reapply as needed.

This might be one of the most effective sunscreens I’ve ever used for sun protection BUT it leaves a really noticeable white cast on the skin. It is a very dry formula so its fully non-greasy but stiff for spreading and for dryer areas like my legs, it sat on top of my skin and never sank into it. My legs looked like I was wearing white translucent leggings after I applied it to them. Since my face is oilier, it sank in and blended more easily, although I tugged at my skin a bit to blend it. This sunscreen definitely has its strong points, in its effectiveness as a sunscreen and in the fact that it is non-greasy and also 100% fragrance free and feels very inoffensive and non-irritating, but if you buy this sunscreen, your main purpose has to be very effective sun protection probably for a purpose, like going to the beach. I bought it in the search for an everyday facial spf 50 but that white cast deters me from putting it on everyday, but then Florida sun encourages me to wear it anyway and look vampire-like. I have medium skin and this definitely looked like I was wearing a light coverage foundation far too light for my skin tone, and if you have a darker skin tone, the white cast will be even more apparent. If you have lighter skin though, the white cast might not look so harsh on you and might even blend in just fine.

Bought this on a whim a few years back and I’ve been rebuying it since! Great sunscreen with a great light texture. It does not dry down matte, and it does have a slight white cast (for reference, I have fair skin). But it gifts a comfortable glow, moisturized feel. Love the high SPF and water resistance as well. The formula is also really kind to the skin- it’s never broken me out or dried me out. I actually find it soothing and feel my complexion is really nice after removal. I highly recommend this sunscreen for anyone looking for a mineral sunscreen with dry/dehydrated skin and sensitive skin who is ok with a light white cast.

Five stars for the product, but three for the price. This sunscreen is rated safer on the EWG so I took a chance on it and am SO glad I did. The tube is pretty sizable, I can tell it will last my husband and I a while here in the sunshine state. I love the safe ingredients and will keep purchasing as long as Target sells it. Easy to spread and doesn't leave a gross white cast. This is the best of the safer sunscreens, highly recommend giving it a try.

This is my favorite sunscreen brand! I absolutely love the mission behind the company and the safe, reef friendly ingredients they use. It blends in so nicely, leaving no white cast. Highly recommend!

This is a safe, mineral SPF unlike the many chemical-based ones made with ingredients that are suspected to cause cancer. It takes some effort to spread a little evenly, so apply somewhat liberally for maximum coverage. You may feel slightly tacky for awhile after application, but it offers some of the best protection than other sunscreens, and according to the Environmental WorkGroup every ingredient is safe.
