Not to throw shade, but our sunscreen is a shining example of how all mineral sunscreens should behave. We have the broad spectrum protection you want, without any of the application annoyances like thick white residue or greasiness. Our formula is dermatologist-tested and suitable for sensitive skin. It features just one active ingredient: 20% active Zinc Oxide. We don't use chemical actives like oxybenzone and octinoxate, so all Native Sunscreens are compliant with the Hawaii Act 104 which was passed in an effort to protect Hawaii's reefs. Don't forget to reapply at least every 2 hours.

Got sunburned
It smells nice, but I got sunburned pretty badly. Maybe I didn’t reapply enough but sadly I have no confidence in this product.

The Best
Love this sunscreen! Finally found one that doesn’t leave the skin white and itchy. It rubs in well and is not too thick. Kids don’t mind the smell and it washes off better than many others!

Great product
Native sunscreen is the best. I've tried numerous products and Native was the only one that works in hot sun exposure and gets an excellent rating in Yuka for clean ingredients. White disappears into the skin when rubbing it in - it's not visible. I go mt biking often and don't get burnt. Tropical Breeze scent is great too. It's not strong, which I love. It's just light and pleasant not overpowering. I also love the Sweet Peach scent in sunscreen but see unfortunately they don't make it anymore. Tropical Breeze is just as good. I definitely recommend.

Good but not for oily skin

Pretty good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This native sunscreen has a nice scent that is not overpowering. The texture isn't super thick, but it does take a few minutes to really rub completely in. Once it has dried , I do not look or feel greasy. It has a slight tacky feel, which is nice for under makeup. I typically try to stick with something that is spf 50, so I do wish it were a little higher. If you are someone who sweats a lot or is oily like I am, this one may not be the best option because it is not water resistant.

Great sunscreen!
Great sunscreen! Nice scent, not too strong. Rubs in well and gives great protection. Needs to be scrubbed off with a loofah and exfoliating scrub or a granular soap, and I'm ok with that. The most important thing to me is protection, followed by being able to rub it in so it doesn't look white on my skin. Native sunscreen achieves both. Thank you!
