Perfect Bluetooth for me!
I had a Motorola H720 Bluetooth for many, many years and it worked perfectly through several phones, Android and iPhone alike. I recently got a Samsung Galaxy S22, and for some reason my trusty Bluetooth suddenly sounded so tinny I couldn't stand to use it anymore. So I tried the HK126, and it worked well except: I usually use it in the car, and it's frustrating how long you have to hold the button down to power on/off. I tried this HK500+ next, and I love it! It's so much more convenient being able to just close the boom when not in use, and leave it on all the time. The sound quality is excellent, and even though I miss the fit of my H720, I think this one will do just fine, hopefully for many more years to come.

Horrible product!
I tried to use this for Discord and it dosent want to pick up anything im saying into the mic while its playing sound through the eatpiece. But once I turn the sound output to the phone or speaker phone the earpieces mic then begins to work, but then I can not hear any sound from the earpiece.

Great Bluetooth for the money!
I have been using the least expensive Motorola Bluetooth available for decades. Originally, I was so pleased with them that I continued to purchase them even though later generations were not as good, until now! This is the best Motorola Bluetooth I have had in decades! The sound quality is excellent. The battery life is surprisingly good. And it announces the names of callers, when available, which is something I have not had a Motorola Bluetooth due since the first couple I owned. I use this without the earhook, and it stays in my ear all day so comfortably that I forget I'm wearing it, and I never have to worry about it falling out. Congratulations to Motorola for producing such an excellent Bluetooth for the money!

Great Mono Open Ear Headset
I'm a road warrior and I will only use an open ear mono headset. I've been in many airports and in many loud places, the headset is working great! Breaks easily
I had read other reviews that mentioned the boom breaking easily, so I was very careful when opening and closing it since I knew it might be an issue. Nevertheless, the boom broke within three months, so the headset is now useless. Very disappointing.

Please do not buy this headset. I work from home and it was my only option as my other one broke on a Sunday night. It did not work straight out the box. I attempted to plug it in multiple different outlets and unfortunately it did not work. I will be returning it.

Not only could I hear great with this set, but I was also heard loud and clear! They provide a hook so you can adjust the piece to fit around your ear, but I didn't even use it as you can simply insert this into your ear and it will stay. It is not a big huge bulky ear piece but it is slightly larger than most made today. I will definitely be using this when driving so I can be handsfree yet have a private conversation if there are others in my car. I would definitely recommend this to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my new Bluetooth headset. It is a bit uncomfortable when wearing for a long period of time but that is kind of expected. I love the "hello moto" every time you turn it on. Comes with three different ear pieces to fit all types of ears. I will even use it to listen to podcasts or music if I'm not on the phone.
