I would not recommend for the building process. It took me 2 hours because the screws had manufacturer issues! I have never wanted to build something made from IKEA more than the last two hours.

we love the bed. however, there is a strong chemical smell upon opening box. are ALL prop 65 compliant? windows open and yet this morning the smell prevails. the bed is lovely aside from the smell. "Demonstrate product sustainability and commitment to increased health through certifying that products have low chemical emissions.". so what is the smell?
