Terrible assembly instructions, cheap material

My shelf came with no assembly instructions...had to call/emails 3 times across 3 weeks to get anywhere. They finally emailed me the instructions and they were so vague - no words or descriptions, which way to install each piece, etc. Bascially just had to spend hours figuring it out myself. Cheap material - it's chipped already and it's been 1 day. Buy from Amazon instead.
