Huge waste of money. Very difficult to use.
I agree with a previous reviewer. Terrible design. The finger guard doesn’t lock in place and EASILY slips off during use. I am more likely to cut myself using the guard.

Decent Mandolin
Very stable with anti-slip rubber on the bottom and sturdy handle you can whip through your prep without the unit sliding around. The feed chamber is a bit small, especially if you want potatoes for scalloped potatoes, or long items like carrots. It is safe however as the blade is protected and you won't lose a piece of your thumb.

Excellent Multi-Grater and Mandoline
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Zwilling Z-Cut Multi-Grater/Mandoline for a few weeks, and it’s fantastic. The four interchangeable blades handle everything from fine grating to thick slicing, and the two-way grating is super smooth. I love the built-in safety features like the removable food holder and finger guard, which make it much safer than my old mandoline. Plus, it’s compatible with the Fresh & Save vacuum storage system, which is great for keeping food fresh. It’s sharp, easy to use, and a great addition to my kitchen.

Best Grater Ever!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This gadget is one of the best gadgets that I ever bought. I stopped using my microplane grater for my Locatelli and Reggiano cheeses because it was too cumbersome and if you aren’t careful you can badly cut up your fingers when using. I was frustrated because fresh grated cheese is so much better than store bought pre grated cheese that you buy. Now with this, not only does it have a holder that protects your hand, it fits right over the glass vessels from Zwilling’s Fresh and Save Food Storage. So no I can grate a little more for later and vacuum seal it so it has that wonderful fresh taste for so much longer. You can even add their protective glove to hold whatever you are graying with no worries of cutting yourself. The mandoline blade is also incredible. I cook for my dog’s food because she is a senior with an irritable stomach. I add veggies to an oatmeal and chicken base for her health. I sliced 4 zucchini’s in a few minutes into perfect slices right into the glass container. Incredible! I love this thing.

Convenient and versatile
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the convenience of having many different blades that I can switch out that are easy to clean and are dishwasher safe. It takes up less room than a standing grater. The only thing I see they could add is a lock on the plastic protector/ holder, as it could protect fingers when reaching into drawers. I imagine the storage container for the blades could possibly be used to capture grated nuts and such.

Ok, could be improved

Goodbye old grater!
Love it! This little beauty is so useful, attractive and easy to clean. It’s a MUCH better option for me than the grating tower I had previously, particularly because it is so much easier to clean. Super sharp and versatile without the bulk of a traditional mandolins. I plan to buy the storage containers, as well.

Extremely poorly designed.
I am very disappointed in the design of this product. It is unsafe and very difficult to use, and one of the worst designed products I have have the displeasure of using. 1. The interchangeable graters have an unsafe design and will slip when trying to remove and replace them, sending the extremely sharp blades flying towards your fingers. 2. The track design of the handle is terrible. It is impossible to slice anything tough as the handle just pops of the track and you're left trying to push three different things in opposing directions with one hand... frankly the physics just don't work. 3. The back cover works okay for small quantities, but for large quantities there is no way to easily brace the grater against a large bowl or surface so this grater is useless.

Versatile Tool, Easy to Use
Useful tool, versatile for grating a variety of things such as vegetables , ginger, cheese, etc. storage compartment is nice, tool is easy to use. Just need to include a better instruction manual for first use. Protector is a nice feature, though the plastic wore down a little after each use because the metal scrapes the plastic on the protector. Overall, this is a solid all in one purchase for grating things as a casual cook.
