I really wanted to love this pan, especially because it worked wonderfully the first week. Unfortunately, after that, the omelets began to stick no matter what I tried. I bought this specifically for my son, who has ASD and is very particular about how his food is cooked, and I was also hoping to avoid the potential health concerns of other nonstick coatings. I just expected a bit more lasting quality, especially given the price. It’s disappointing, as it started out so promising. I can’t even return it cause I was so excited it was nonstick the first week I through away everything.

So far, we are very happy with our saute pan. The non-stick performance is amazing. Worth the price. We wanted to try one pan before we bought more to replace our old pans from other companies. We love the Caraway!
