4.5 pre-lit downswept Douglas fir.

I am so disappointed. I have a 4.5 foot tree I bought from you about 5 years ago and it is beautiful. It is full and lush looking. This tree matched the dimensions and looks of what I currently have but it is so sparse and cheap looking. For what you now charge it should be equivalent to what you used to sell.

Don't buy these pre-lit trees if you want them to last!

The pre-lit tree worked great for 4 years, then one string of lights went out completely. I changed the fuses and it still didn't light! That set was on the bottom so I just dealt with it. In the 3 weeks that I've had the tree up, 2 more sets of lights have gone out also! Now what do I do if the fuse is replaced and the light set doesn't work?? Now, I have to remove the 3 sets of lights that don't work and try to find similar lights!
